Kerala is one of the highly acclaimed states of South India. This land is well known for a number of renowned and marvelous temples which are dotted everywhere in Kerala. I. Sabarimala Temple


Sabarimala Temple is situated in the Western Ghat hill ranges of Pathanamthitta region in Kerala. Around 40 to 50 million visitors come here all over the year. This place of pilgrimage is devoted to Hindu God Ayyappan. Additionally, the holy place only opens for worship during the days of Chitra Vishnu, Makaravilakku and Mandalapooja. II. Guruvayur Temple


This sacred place is located in the Thrissur region of Kerala. The Guruvayur Temple is meant for all the devotees of Lord Sree Guruvayurappan. You can easily find a number of attractive images of Sree Guruvayurappan with four arms holding a discus, a mace, a lotus and a conch. In addition, you can also search a number of statues, icons and sculptures of Lord Krishna which have been carved from very exceptional rock known as Patala Anjana. Hence, this spiritual spot has special worth for the Sree Guruvayurappan’s lovers.


III. Padmanabhaswamy temple


Padmanabhaswamy temple is in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. This Hindu shrine is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Anyone can find several images, statutes, monuments of Vishnu which are decorated with gold and valuable stones. Furthermore, the holy place was built in the Dravidian style of architecture. You can also explore some main lures such as tank, around 365 corridors, 100- foot seven tier gopuram made in the Pandyan style and lots more. The architectural design of this sacred place is very elegant. However, this place of pilgrimage is well known among all the Krishna devotees.
